FAQ

Do doctors and staff speak English?

Yes. China's international centers have English-speaking physicians and dedicated medical interpreters, so the whole visit — and your report — are in English.

Will my doctor back home accept the report?

Yes. You receive a complete English report designed to travel home, so your local doctor can act on it directly.

Do I need a visa for China?

It depends on your passport. Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand passport holders can enter China visa-free for up to 30 days. Most other nationalities need a tourist (L) or medical (S) visa — we provide a hospital invitation letter to support the application.

How long is the whole trip?

Most patients stay 3–5 days including travel. The screening itself fits one calm day, with the full English report delivered within 24–48 hours.

Is healthcare in China safe and credible?

China now has 100+ JCI-accredited hospitals — more than any country outside the US and Spain — and many physicians trained in the US, UK, or Europe.

How far ahead should I book?

2–4 weeks is recommended to secure your preferred hospital, package, and flights.
